Authentication Update for Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client – 6 December 2025
Altera Corporate IT will make an update on 6 December 2025 that will change how you sign in to the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client. After this update goes live, when you are asked to sign in, please use your Altera username (First.Lastname@alterahealth.com) and your domain password, and complete Microsoft Authenticator verification if prompted. Please do not use your First.Lastname@Allscripts.com login, as it will cause an error.
